These have never been used and only displayed in a curio cabinet. They are 6-7/8” tall and hold approx 10oz. The gold design appears to me to be hand painted or applied by a stencil (I am not exactly sure) as it does seem to be as perfect if it was done by a machine. Underneath the gold banded rim, it looks like a scroll with a bell and it seems to be garland or strand of leaves. There are no chips or cracks but there is various areas with some fading/discoloration in the red flash and gold.
